A terrifying scene unfolded during the NFL pre-season game between the Detroit Lions and the Atlanta Falcons, leading to the hospitalization of Lions safety Morice Norris. In a positive development, the team has reported that Norris is in stable condition.

The frightening incident occurred during the fourth quarter of the matchup at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Norris was injured while making a tackle and lay motionless on the field for several minutes. The visible concern from players on both teams highlighted the seriousness of the situation as medical staff immediately rushed to his side.

After being attended to on the field, Norris was carefully placed on a backboard and taken away by ambulance for further medical evaluation. The Lions later released a statement confirming that Norris was stable and had feeling and movement in all his extremities. He was kept at a local Atlanta hospital overnight for observation.
